We currently ship to all locations within the United Arab Emirates. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Deliveries within Sharjah typically take 2-3 business days. For other Emirates, deliveries may take 3-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Deliveries within Sharjah and other Emirates will be completed within 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or transportation delays.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt. Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) will be processed the following business day. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If the recipient is unavailable during these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery.
